Chris has been in the catering industry since 1985, working as a chef for the Hilton hotel group for a couple of decades, with spells working as chef aboard QE2. Chris then owned 2 previous restaurants before settling at The Park Restaurant about 15 years ago.
The passion for the industry is obvious in his cooking style, showcasing the best of local ingredients, there is no pretentious over cooking allowing the quality to truly shine.
